Preschool Pictures

Tyler and the kids just left to go on our ward campout. Tyler wanted to get some fishing equipment so I told him that could be his birthday present (he turns 31 on Monday! Ü). He and the kids are so excited to go fishing. I hope everyone comes back in one piece. Ü Benjamin and I are going up to Mesa to go to dinner and spend the night with my grandma. Then tomorrow all my aunts and cousins are getting together for lunch. Oh yeah, and after Tyler gets home from camping he's going to clean up and go the ASU football game with some guys from work. It will be a fun weekend for everyone!!

Happenings of the Week

For storytime this week a fireman came and read the kids a story. He also put on all his fire gear and gave them a tour of the fire truck. My boys LOVED it!! But the batteries in my camera died right before they went to see the truck and I missed some great pictres. So sad!! At least I got these...
Alex trying on the fire coat.
Toothless Abby lost her other top tooth this week. She claims to have 2 more loose. Also, my smarty pants daughter got an award for being on the Principal's Honor Roll for 1st quarter. Woo-Hoo!! According to her teacher she is the top reader in her class (she also has the messiest desk Ü).
Being a Mom is HARD!! My house has totally turned upside down these last few weeks. The kids are wild and crazy (they love to practice karate on each other) and I can't seem to keep anything clean. I'm having a hard time knowing what to focus on. I hate it when I feel so out of control. But then moments like this make it all worth it. I can't believe I have 4 kids!!!
Alex and Andy decided they wanted their training wheels off their bike. I was a little hesitant just becuase they still seem too little for that. Abby just barely got her training wheels off almost a year ago. Tyler took them out yesterday to practice and Alex just picked it right up and he can't wait to ride again tomorrow. (Sorry my video is sideways.)
Andy's practice session didn't go as well. (Again, sorry for the sideways video but these are too fun not to post). That is probably one of the hardest things about having twins - when one picks something up faster than the other. But Andy's attitude was better today and he also can't wait to go practice some more tomorrow.
