Family Pictures 2011

Thanks you Rosanne Service for taking these awesome pictures for us!!

Ready for Tanner

I had my doctor's appointment today.  I was 39 weeks yesterday.  Today I was dialated to a 3 but Tanner was still positioned pretty high up and I was still pretty thick.  Dr. Offor stripped my membranes and we also scheduled an induction for this Friday at 5am!!  Oh my goodness!!  Tanner will be born in just a few days!!
38 weeks

My friends Kathy, Joni, Rachel, and Rosanne threw me a baby shower on December 3rd.  I kept saying I didn't need one and they kept insisting.
Can you tell it was a ducky theme?  I love duckies!!Ü

Love this bathtub!  We've had one ever since Abby and it has a hole in it.  Now I have a new one!! Ü

Abby came to the shower with me.  I really wish we would have gotten a picture together but I didn't think about it at the time.  At least we have these pics.  We played the "How Big is the Belly" game.  Here she is trying to guess.

It was quite the party!! Ü

We've got the car seat ready to go!
When I came down stairs one night and saw Tyler had put it all together after me washing the cover - oh it just made me so happy! Ü
(Thank you Johnson family for letting us borrow it!!)

The playpen is set up in our room

and my toes are painted all cute (thanks Rachel!!)

With my membranes stripped I'm really hoping I'll go on my own tonight or tomorrow.  My induction experience with Ben wasn't that fun, but one needed to be scheduled.  Tyler has had a break from teaching and starts a new class on Monday so it would be nice for him not to worry about school while in the hospital.  Plus my mother in law is coming the middle of next week so we kind of need a baby by then.  Starting to feel some tightness and weirdness so we'll see.  Hey, I just realized Ben was born on a Friday too!

I still want to get some Christmas decorations down and toys put away.  I also want to get out the baby swing and bouncer and get them set with batteries.  The car seat needs to get in the car.  I think I'm ok meal wise but it's my own fault I'm not as prepared in that area as I'd like to be.  Of course the house can't be clean enough. I should probably pack my bag too. Ü

Holy cow!!  Overwhelmed & excited all at the same time!  Are we ready for this??  I guess ready or not.
