‘’I can’t Mom, it’s too hard,’’
I‘ve watched you, you can do it,’’
Agene my mom and I were fighting about my socks. Ever sins I was 6 I have had a hard time putting my socks on and going up the stares. My mom thought that I gust did not want to do my chores but my legs gust weren’t working! Soon my mom knew I was not joking and took me
to the doctor.
It seamed like we went to 100 doctors but not one of knew what I had. Finally one of the someones daughter had what I had so she knew what to do, and how to treat it. Finally my mom and I where getting in the car to go to the children’s hospital. It took forever to get there (in fact it took 1:00 to get there)but finally we did. As soon as we got there my mom and I rushed inside.
It turned out that I had a disease called dermatositis and it affected my arm and leg mussels (Mosley my leg mussels). I had to stay at the hospital for 3 days, and I guess it was a little fun. Trained dogs came and gave me a stuffed flower and teadybear . There was also a play house there with a lot of fun games but I gust wanted to go home! The only family I saw for 1 and a half days was my dad, he stayed at the hospital with me. On the 2 day my mom and my siblings came to see me. I was rolled into the lobby in a wheel char, talked hugged and said goodbye and left. I wanted to go with them but I had to stay longer.
That night I found out that I would be taking a shot every Friday night and my first one would be right then! First my dad practiced on an orange, then he put numbing medicine on my leg, after that we had to what another hour and then I had my shot. Little did we know that we had to wait an hour befor or after I ate so I threw up my spaghetti .
The next day I got to go home. I was so happy. When we we got home I ran inside and gave every one a hug. I was glad to be home.
Sins I was 6 I could not do some important stuff but sins I went to the children’s hospital life has been a little better for me. Know I can put my socks on, run, go up the stars, and all the other stuff gust because of one doctor.
THE END !
