Hall Family Reunion

We spent the weekend of September 17th & 18th at Camp LoMia for the Hall Family Reunion.  Our family was in charge this year and the theme was Our All American Family.  We started off with a parade around camp.

Kids waving their flags and singing "You're a Grand Ol' Flag"
Saturday afternoon the kids played some carnival games
That night was the talent show.  My kids sang "Proud to Be An American" and Abby and Alex said the Preamble to the Constitution that they learned at school as well as told some jokes.  My kids came home singing the Crayola song and Don't Worry Be Happy" and doing Austin's "Marry the Princess Skit."  Can you see Grandma Hall playing her mini violin. Ü
Here are the brand new babies - all close to a month old at the time of the reunion.
Katie with Brysen, Becky with Annabelle, and Heidi with Mary
Andy and Alex got to use their new telescope and look at some stars.
 Sunday
Uncle Darwin, Pam (mom), Aunt Marhsa, and Aunt Jerrilyn telling memories about Grandpa Hall and his family

Alex and Andy each got to choose a friend to take with them to the Lizzard Walk at the Boyce Thompson Arboretum yesterday (September 10th). This was their "birthday party". Andy chose to bring Cole and Alex chose to bring Ashton. Tyler took the boys while Abby, Ben, and I played at Grandma's hosue. Ü

The hike was about 1 1/2 miles and took 2 1/2 hours to complete. The boys saw all kind of little creatures and had a great time. Afterwards Tyler took the boys to McDonalds. Of course he left the camera in the car ~ MEN!! Ü ~ so didn't get any pictures of them playing or of Andy and Alex opening their presents. Here they are at home with the fun gifts Cole and Ashton gave them.

That night Tyler and I took them out to eat at Sweet Tomatoes. Yummy!!
