Tyler has almost hit his 5 year mark working for the University of Phoenix. He was recently promoted to the Project Director of Assessment for the College of Undergraduate Business and Management (did I get it right hon? Ü). He really enjoys his job and all the new things he is learning. He also has a ton of fun with the guys on his team. He has been to two conferences already - one in College Station, TX and the other in New York. He got to spend a week as a tourist walking around Time Square. Yeah, he kind of enjoyed that. Ü Tyler is also teaching a management class online for UOP. He's on his 2nd class right now. So between those 2 jobs he's pretty busy. For our ward Tyler is the Assistant 11 year old scout leader. He has fun with the boys and is enjoying learning more about boy scouts.

Bears Daddy brought home for the kids. They say "New York" on their tummies.

I am still babysitting but I've cut down quite a bit since I became pregnant. I watch Sophia, an 18 month old little girl 3 days a week. I've had her since she was 2 months and feel like she's just finally started liking me in these last couple of months. Ü She is so cute and fun and she is making me excited for our new baby and all the cute things he will do. I'm going to go ahead and keep watching her after Ben is born. In our ward I am the Primary Secretary and I absolutely love it!! I never, ever want to be realeased. As a secreatary I get the benefits of being in a presidency and getting to know all the kids and their families but I don't have to be up in front of people and I'm not in charge. Definately my kind of calling. Ü I'm happy to say that in the last year or so I've started reading again - a hobby I used to enjoy pre-college but haven't really done since. I've read all the Nicholas Sparks books and now I'm into LDS Romance like Anita Stansfield and Rachel Ann Nunes. Right now I'm about to start Vol 4 of the Buhcannon Saga by Anita Stansfield. So good!! My goal before the baby is born is to scrapbook like our entire lives. I've got 4 months left so I better get going. Ü

This is a picture from last summer of some of my babysitting kids. There are 7 kids in this picture age 5 and under!! Usually I would have about 5 kids every day but occasionally through helping friends out and stuff that number would climb. I think the most I've had at once was 8 kids and that was only for a few hours.

Abby will be 6 years old next month. I can't believe it! She is a kindergartener at Circle Cross Ranch Elementary School and her teacher is Mrs. Bocchino. She says she doesn't like school but I think she really does. She just doesn't like anything involving actual work - kind of like her mom. Ü Her teacher says she is really smart and is learning to read very well (she has made it onto the principal's honor roll each quarter), but she talks and fools around a little too much which is affecting her grade as she doesn't get her assignments done in class. Any suggestions with this problem would be much appreciated!! Abby is also in Girl Scouts as a Daisy and really has fun doing that. She lost her two bottom teeth at the beginning of the year. Abby is excited about a field trip to the zoo that is coming up in the next couple of weeks and about going to Knotts Berry Farm in CA for her birthday.
