Pictures Galore

Blogging to me is more of a form of scrapbooking to me than journaling. I'm not all into sharing my feelings quite yet ~ maybe one day it will turn into that. But for now that means PICTURES (and a video or 2 for the grandmas - which I always seem to take sideways, sorry!).....
Here are Andy and Alex with Tommy the Talking Snowman. Except at our house he doesn't talk because Tyler isn't into things that make noise every time you walk by them. This picture isn't that great but I probably won't get another one. Last year for some reason they were all about gathering rocks for Tommy. Every time we went outside we had to get a rock for Tommy. All of December and January I would take the rocks off the porch while they weren't looking and one of the boys would always say, "Mommy why did you take Tommy's rocks away?!?" I had forgotten all about the rocks but the first thing Alex said this year when Tommy came out of the box was, "Yay, it's Tommy. We'll need to go get him some rocks."

Gotta love boys in khaki pants.

Can you see Alex's black tooth there on the top. About 2 weeks ago Alex smacked his mouth on the chair in front of him during Primary while singing Head Shoulders Knees and Toes. His gum was quite torn up and it knocked his tooth loose alittle. Just in the last few days the tooth has been turning gray. I think we'll be calling the dentist this week.

It's been COLD! Well, in the 50's which is cold for here. Our neighbor down the street gave Andy and Alex these cute winter hats which we got to wear to go to the park this week.

Bundled Up Boy

Ben is standing up ~ and wearing 6-9 month clothes the little stinker. Ü

Andy and Alex sat for about 45 minutes today just looking at the presents under the tree. They didn't dare touch them because they knew if they did the presents would be gone. Instead they read the name tags and talked about what might be inside. They've made a deal - Andy is going to share all his presents with Alex and Alex is going to share all his presents with Andy. Abby is going to share all of her presents too - she just doesn't know it yet.

All of these pictures, except the one of Abby, were taken this week. And these weren't even all of them. I love taking pictures!!

i don't know if you've had your kids hurt their teeth before, but abbie banged hers a while back. they both turned black at first, then one went white again. i asked the dentist about it and they said that they kind of get injured inside, and that one of them healed, but the other one might have "died." they only thing to do is watch for an abscess above it on the gums which would mean they would have to pull it i think. so hopefully his will heal up like her one did. and like i said, you might already know this. cute pics by the way...love the tommy thing. so funny!

We went to the dentist and he basically said the same thing. Ü
