We've participated in many fun Christmas activities this month.
Our ward Christmas party was on Friday, December 9th.
| Our family participated in the program by teaching about the symbols of Christmas. |
Santa Time!!
| Abby sharing a secret with Santa ~ she later told me this is when she told him she wanted a real bunny instead of a stuffed one. Ü |

Abby and Andy got to play on Brother Lindberg's accordian
Saturday, December 10th we went to Breakfast with Santa at school. We had yummy pancakes and got another picture taken with Santa.
The kids also got to play their favorite things out on the playground. The boys played basketball with Daddy and Abby showed her mad skills at tetherball.
That night we went up to Mesa. There is a house down the street from my Aunt and Uncle whose backyard is filled with trains. During Christmas time they open it up to the public on weekends. Quite the set up!
We also headed over to the temple to see the beautiful lights there.
At Ben's party he decorated a gingerbread house
decorated cookies
made cinnamon Chex mix
and got to pick a present and wrap it for someone in his family

On Saturday, December 17th our neighbors down the street, the Harmon family, hosted a Christmas party.
Each family got to decorate a gingerbread house
I thought we were finished here so took a picture but the kids insisted on using all the frosting and candies
so this is how it actually turned out ~ a little too much if you ask me
They want to eat it on Christmas day ~ bleck! Ü
Thanks for the fun Cheri!!
Check out all this candy ~ my kind of candy!! Ü
They got to spend the night at Grandma's Monday night and then make their trains the next morning. I think this is the 3rd year they've done this tradition.

Yesterday, the 22nd, Grandma Pam came over and made Christmas cookies with the kids. I always intend to do this with them but usually it is Grandma to the rescue. Good thing too because hers turn out better than mine. Ü
Last night we went caroling and dropped off goodies to 15 houses. This is a tradition Tyler had growing up and one we are trying to continue in our family. The kids love it and do so well. I think the families we visit appreciate it too.
Tonight we hit our last Christmas party. Our good friends, Tim and Renee Davis, hosted a little Christmas goodie party over at their house. Lots of yummy things to eat! Thanks Davis'!
Daddy and the kids are working on a Christmas puzzle
Another tradition we have ~ one of my favorites ~ is putting all our Christmas cards up on the front door. I love getting Christmas cards and seeing everyone's beautiful families. Thanks for thinking of us!
And now tomorrow is Christmas Eve. I can't believe Christmas is already here!! We have plans to spend both Christmas Eve and Christmas at my parents house. Grandma Hall will be there for Christmas Eve where we will play the Left and Right game, have yummy waffles for dinner, and of course read the nativity story from the Bible. Christmas day we will go over for dinner.
MERRY CHRISTMAS FROM OUR FAMILY TO YOURS!!
