Girls Camp July 7th-10th

She went...and she LOVED it!!!
Even better than Camp Cruz she said.
And thanks to the daily pictures that were posted on facebook and the fact that Kathy Kent went up as a nurse...I have pretty much every second of camp documented. Ü  Here are some of the best!!!

First off though, before she could go to camp she had to fund raise!!  The ward did several car washes to help raise funds...

Tyler took this picture out his window when he pulled up to get his car washed Ü

Washing Ty's car

She also baked and sold cookie dough (with the help of Grandma Pam).  She sold enough dough to help pay for herself as well as another girl in the ward. Ü

Off she goes!!!
they met at the church building at 6am on July 7th

2014
See the Bishops there in the back left...They are preparing for what Tyler calls Massive Retaliation!! Ü  What came next was a water fight that lasted about 45 minutes!!  No photos cause cameras were carefully kept dry. Ü
After the water fight...Tyler hugged me from behind and his shirt left an imprint on my back Ü

Tyler was SOAKED from top to bottom!!
He laid his clothes out on our car to dry

Luckily I grabbed my flip flops to bring at the last minute.  Tyler's shoes were so wet he chose to wear these around instead.  His shoes were still soaked the next day so he just kept wearing my sandals!!  He kept telling people...you've got to be really securely anchored to wear shoes like these..." Ü

The YCLs
we had 3 from our ward...Maddy (left wrapped in blanket), Bailey (next to Maddy),
and Erin (next to Bailey)

Lots of cuteness going on here Ü

Abby during their skit.  I recorded it so this was the only picture I got. Ü

This was how our testimony meeting went.
Abby bore the neatest testimony...so proud of her!!!

Day 4
Time to go home ~ July 10yh

Abby and Hailey

Cleaning up!

"Bishop you light up our world like nobody else.  The way that you preach the gospel leaves us overwhelmed.  And when you sit in sacrament it ain't hard to tell.  You don't know-o-o, you don't know you're spiritual-o-o.  That's what make you our hero!!"

Chelsea, Kathy, Lucinda, Aarin, Tawnya, and Danielle

Tia loves Bishop Allen Ü

There's just nothing quite like girls camp.  It makes a lasting impression.
And Abby got to give her first talk in sacrament meeting that Sunday (July 13th) about her experience there.

She did great!!! Ü
